MILLSY'S & LOCAL GROWERS COLLAB

We're pleased to announce the next of this year's collaboration with local Coventry allotments, pairing fantastic locally grown produce with five unique vegan dishes...

This event will create another great opportunity for us to support our community, educate and inspire on homegrown seasonal produce, and hopefully get more people growing their own stunning food that they can share with family & friends.

Profits from every ticket sold will go to local development causes, community projects and charity work, decided by the local allotment growers who provide the fresh fruit & vegetables for the night.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Our terms and conditions are designed to guarantee a straightforward booking process and ensure things run smoothly on the day. If you have any questions then please let us know.

1. We recommend arriving around 6.30pm for arrival in the bar before getting seated upstairs, with the first course served at 7pm.

2. The menu pricing will be confirmed within a week of booking, we will then be able to accept ticket payment to confirm your place.

3. Places are to be paid for in advance in house or via a PayPal link which will be emailed to you. Payment is non refundable, though you can transfer places to a different guest, so long as your overall numbers on the table remain the same.

If a PayPal link is not paid within 48 hours the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

4. Produce will be freshly harvested from local allotments and delivered in advance of the day, so based on the available items the menu may be subject to some slight changes.

5. As it is a set menu, options for altering the menu are very limited and unfortunately we cannot be as flexible as normal.

sweet pickled cucumber in tempura batter with sour lime aioli

smoked bean & bell pepper sausage, lacto-fermented marrow 'sauerkraut', homemade ketchup

steamed provençal veg filled cabbage, seasonal greens, confit potatoes, cooking liquor broth

summer apple strudel, vanilla bean custard, rhubarb compote
