In our candlelit restaurant, enjoy our exclusive tasting menu with drinks pairings available to match each course...

We run 1 sitting on NYE with all guests arriving between 7.45 - 8.00pm, the meal is served over approximately 3 hours with each guest receiving free entry to the live music downstairs in Millsy’s bar afterwards to see in the New Year.

For any dietary requirements or allergies please contact us directly in advance before securing your place, as the extensive preparation methods used in this tasting menu make it less modifiable than normal for Millsy’s.

NYE 2024 MENU ELEMENTS OF NATURE

Four courses £45pp
Drinks pairing £25pp supplement

1) EARTH

MEAL: Charred beetroot & wild mushroom pâté, truffle oil crostini, date & blackcurrant chutney

DRINK: Pinot Noir - its light yet earthy quality matches the body of this dish while adding additional savoury elements…

2) WATER

MEAL: Pan-seared queen scallops, pea & samphire purée, lemon foam

DRINK: Coastal Distillery G&T - this Lincolnshire botanical gin combined with preserved lemons, a touch of saline, and light Fever-Tree tonic gives a delicate yet refreshing coastal character

3) FIRE

MEAL: Smoked beef rib, spicy pomegranate molasses glaze, charred sweet potato purée, crispy shallots

DRINK: Petit Verdot - mature black fruits are complemented with chocolate & vanilla oak ageing to give further complexity to the richest of tonight's dishes

4) AIR

MEAL: Lavender & honey pavlova topped with salted crushed pistachios

DRINK: Champagne Mojito - Extra Sec Champagne layers clean white rum, fragrant mint & fresh lime to balance the sweetness and fragrance of the dessert

We can provisionally hold tables for 5 days, but full meal payment is required up front to secure your booking.

This can be done here in person during standard opening hours, or we can send out a PayPal payment link on request.
