We’ve deliberately kept this menu small, to reduce waste, work with more fresh produce, and maintain quality from a compact kitchen.

By focusing on a tighter selection of dishes, we’re able to employ and train real chefs, cook more from scratch, and further cut out unnecessary factory-made and heavily processed & preserved foods. Our prices reflect the quality of ingredients we use and the current cost of skilled labour, while remaining competitive.
