THE GALLERY AT MILLSY'S

A flexible space in the heart of Earlsdon, in close proximity to the city centre, Coventry rail station, Canley station, and both Coventry & Warwick universities.

Alongside dining & private parties, The Gallery is a space for events including Wine Club and Pudding Club, networking gatherings, private celebrations, exhibitions, workshops and community events.

Capacities depend on the exact table arrangement and decorations, balloon arches etc will change the totals.

We can work with you to discuss table layouts & setup to meet the requirements of your event.

For seated events, once we have your final numbers we provide a table plan showing the maximum capacities of each table, we can also have name cards with your guests meal choices which helps large party dining to run smoothly.

As all food needs to be provided by ourselves, most of our parties usually opt for us to cater a buffet, instead of choosing our fixed hire charge.

This means we can guarantee your guests some quality, freshly prepared food and also allows us to cover our costs of staffing, lighting, cleaning and maintaining the room without us needing to introduce a minimum bar spend. For those not looking for catering, a fixed hire charge will apply.

During certain seasonal dates the hire charge will be quoted for on request, as it is dependent on the exact date & expected number of guests.
