Over the years Millsy’s has gained a great reputation as a number one venue for your festive celebration, whether a works Christmas party, or just a get-together with family or friends.

Enjoy fantastic food, service and atmosphere during your meal and then carry on the party spirit in the bar, with lots of live entertainment scheduled throughout the month!

For Fridays & Saturdays, seating times are at 1pm for lunch, and 5.30pm or 8pm for dinner, midweek we have more flexibility on timing.

SEATING

Standard seating times for Fridays & Saturdays are at 1pm for lunch, and 5.30pm or 8pm for dinner. Midweek we can be more flexible on seating time so please ask for your preferred arrival time and we can advise on availability.  

Outside of Friday & Saturday evenings our first floor restaurant is only open based on demand, so you may be seated in the lower bar area instead. This ensures a better atmosphere and consistency of service for all booked parties.

If the restaurant is opened up on any date then all festive tables will be moved to this area.

Unless booked on the 8pm sitting, tables are booked out for 2 hours, after this time we kindly ask for your restaurant table back for subsequent bookings. Our bar will be open downstairs for your party to stay for drinks after the meal.

Unless stated otherwise your table will not be hired privately and there will be other parties in the restaurant at the same time which creates a great atmosphere for Christmas celebration meals.

Due to our restricted restaurant layout parties of over 8 guests may need to be split over multiple tables. If this is the case we will do our best to advise you of the exact table layout in advance. 

DEPOSITS

While we can provisionally hold tables for a week, to secure all tables during December we require a deposit of £10 per person. Once you wish to proceed let us know - you will be sent a secure PayPal invoice to make deposit payment online. You are also able to pay in person during standard opening hours.

All deposits are taken to secure tables on days with high demand and protect against no-shows and as such are non-refundable. However during the winter months we completely understand plans can change with travel disruptions, seasonal illnesses etc!

If you do need to cancel your party in December we may be able to transfer your booking to a more suitable date in the new year and keep the deposit held against it to redeem during the future visit, or refund your deposit in the form of vouchers. 

MENU & PRE ORDER

Our festive menu is offered as a set 3 course menu, once again priced at £29.95pp for three courses.

We ask for a full pre order of your group's meal choices 2 weeks in advance of your booking.

Many major allergies and dietary requirements can be met but must be communicated to us ahead of time.

Once you've gathered your group order, please email across your guests names & meal choices along with any dietary requirements.

Each guest will then receive a Christmas table game, party hat, and a name card with their meal choices which helps things run smoothly and saves any mixups on the day.
